This is it, I just want to give up on my diet and never blog again because I feel like I just can't stay committed to my wieght loss goals. I know I didn't have any specific ones listed on my blog but at the same time there was a focus to spend a year losing weight and that's just not done with cake eating, chocolate snaking and trips to Olive Garden.

Came back blazing this week, and with good reason...I want to workout as much as I can before I start my new job.

Workedout every day this week except for today and Sunday but I never workout on Sundays and today my sinus' were troubling me. Worked out twice, frustrated cause my trainer has been on vaca--not completely an excuse cause I coulda signed up with another. I did for next week though, it's getting outta hand!

Best part of the week- walking my dog in this great weather

Worst part of the week--when I over ate last night, it made me feel bad about myself and it just wasn't worth it.

Sorry, I missed a week with moving. I have to say that I am not in a good place right now. Week Three

Let's see...I kinda acted out this week, I think my body knows something is going on. I'm not gonna pretend that I'm completely in control of my weight loss plan because so far it has been difficult. But I have lost 2lbs. And have done it the right way and a way in which I am confident I can maintain. 

I am still looking forward to formulating more healthy prospects with my lifestyle. But it's one small step at a time.

I have to admit, this week was hard for me. I was still a little discouraged at how hard it was to do simple exercises with the trainer as well as just staying active during the week. I found I was mostly just tired. So I took every other day at the gym off to get used to everything. And it worked.

Okay, this week started out great and then I met with my personal trainer and quickly found out exactly how out-of-shape I really am.
