Hi there to you all. well it goes like this, ive just had my second child six weeks ago so now time to get BACK IN SHAPE only im clueless on what to do. i joined the gym today.so just wondering if any body can give me a guide on what machines i should be doing and what exersises any help would be greatly apprciated.thanks
