It has been two weeks since starting this diet and excercise program and initially I was down 3 pound but this second week i've gained .4 pounds and don't understand. I'm journaling everything I eat and have been very good and keeping my proportions and calories way down. Excercise isn't as good as it should be i've been excercising 3 times a week. Guess I need to step it up. Don't know what else to do. If anyone has any suggestions i'd love to hear them.

Weighed in to day and i'm down 3 pounds it's a small step but love seeing the numbers go down.

My first day I managed to have a healthy breakfast and lunch. Did not excercise I can so easily procrastinate that part...so tomorrow it's time to get on the elliptical....
