Lovin me some FitClick!!

Well, this website is amazing. I feel like I might actually be loosing weight! In fact, I have lost 1 pound and a half since keep track of my food and exercising with a purpose. In the past, I would diet for a while, not knowing if I was eating too much or not enough. If I felt full, I assumed I'd over eaten. If I was hungry, I assumed I was loosing weight. That would last for a week, then I'd get frustrated and quit trying. But, since starting FitClick, I have been able to rely on the diet tracker to tell me when I'm hungry. In fact, I've had a couple days where I've eaten less than recommended and felt FINE! I'm not hungry any more; I'm eating food I like; I'm working out and I've lost weight (1.5 pounds...its a milestone for me - enough to keep me motivated)!
This weekend has been rough, though. I didn't go to the gym yesterday and I ate an excess of carbs and total calories, which makes me panic a little. Today isn't looking like I'll go to the gym again. Sunday....typical family day. Plus, the NFL playoffs are on and I can hardly skip them!! Maybe a little jog around the neighbor hood to remind my muscles I still love them.
