 Upon stumbling across this web site...i didn't really think I'd use it. I always looked at keeping a food journal or a work out planner kind of pointless and time wasting. This site though made it much more efficient and I'm proud to say I've used it for a whole month now.


A month during which I've managed to loose a whole 8 pounds.


On the down side I've caught myself on a couple occasions out right fibbing about my work out and/or food intake to make it seem better...And now i know why my previous attempts to loose weight where not that effective(even though I've never kept any form of record for it before). It makes me wonder if I'm not the only one sabotaging them selves so it looks good on paper or in there minds eye or what ever...

...so my new goal for this month is to learn moderation
and to keep it honest.
