First week... Success!

So, this is sort of my first week back trying to lose weight, and I did pretty well. I put down everything I ate and all the exercise I did, and only one day was techniquely bad because I ate a lot and barely exercised. That's okay though because I weighed in this morning 3.6 pounds lighter. Yay me! If only I could keep this up for another hundred or so pounds.
I was explaining this sight to a friend and she thinks it's bad to count calories. What I realized is that I'm not really counting anything. I just record things I eat and exercise then look to see if I burned more than I ate. This is better than counting. The only hard part is when you don't have the nutrition and it's not already on the sight
