Well.. i can't believe i'm sticking to this.. haha i even went out to eat for lunch and remained within my calories.. I retook the test that explains how many calories you should intake according to weight and age and it's a lil higher than what i had set .. so i def adjusted that. Today i went over by 5 but i'm still THRILLED that because i'm aware i cut my calories by 1,000. It's crazy. I'm so much more conscience of what i'm eating and realized that i need to drink more water.. I've also boosted that up by more than half of what i was drinking before. Water also helps me with my milk supply for the baby so that's awesome!

Today i ate mexican and LOVED every bit of it.. i made sure to eat a light breakfast and make most my calories come from the lunch meal that we had at a restaurant. It worked out great i just drank alot of water and ate protein on a salad for dinner.

I did a little walking today but was on the run all day so there wasn't much time to actually work out. I walked around the block twice to put the baby asleep.. haha I figured it calms her down and helps me do something physical!

Again tonight i'm exhausted. I've related that since lessening my calories i've been tired ALOT earlier ... before i would stay up all hours of the night and then HAVE to wake at 6-7am to feed Lily now im actually hitting the sheets at 11ish and getting more needed sleep which also is a factor to weightloss. I love how this is all working together.

I also went to Weight Watchers to just see what it's all about b/c through my health insurance i get amazing discounts on it but i have to wait for the coupons to come in then i can BEGIN a new journey. That's just icing on the cake of what i'm doing here all on my own!!!

I dont think i lost anything but i certainly felt better today and didn't feel fat putting on my shorts. haha but it may just be my mind feeling good that makes me feel better.

Well g/n onto tomorrow the REAL test while i'm at work in FOOD RETAIL.. ugh.. guess it's salads, yogurt, and fruit tomorrow.. all of which are expensive at my work... hoagies are so much cheaper. o well my body is more important and my self esteen and confidence!!!
