Day 2

Everything was humming along today just fine until my husband came home from work. I didn't know for sure what to make for supper because he is a big meat and potato man. Rather than fix a big meal, we decided to eat out. We chose Jason's Deli. Well I thought that I would be able to eat something healthy but ended up eating to much. I opted for a cup of tomato soup and a cup of fruit. That sounded great, however, the added club crackers was a big mistake. I also had two ginger cupcakes. I'm soooo very week. Little will power. I managed to keep my calorie intake around 1300, which is a lot better than the 4500 I'm used to.
I reconnected with a high school friend that I hadn't seen in 40 years today. She sells real estate in Belize and has invited me to come and visit. I made an excuse and told her I would come next fall. (I didn't think I could fit in an airplane seat!)
Day 2 Activity: Go to Belize next fall to see Diane. or Fly in a commercial airliner without being worried about having to buy a second seat or ask for a seatbelt extension.
