Muscle Milk

Day 01-
Used 2 scoops with 12oz of water and stirred. Muscle Milk mixed well and tasted great. I chose the Mocha Latte, which is close to what I "use" to drink at Starbucks. I think if I blended this with ice, my chocolate cravings would be well satisfied. As far as my workout performance, I did not notice any dramatic difference, but I will give it some time. I would love to see muscle definition in my body, and slow the sagging process. Did I say sagging, I meant aging. Yes, I can definitely do this. I can do this....
