Day 1

I'm tired of trying on clothes and having my 'muffin top' belly and all this excess weight so here I am going to give this another try. I have been 'dieting' for 5 1/2 years with only a 10 pound weight loss that has actually stayed off. My girls are all in school now with one going to be graduating in may 2013 I am wanting to be looking my best as that will also be my 20 year class reunion.
Day one is going to consist of checking out the meal plans and choosing one that will work the best for my entire family....oldest daughter will try and eat most anything, middle daughter is a little picky when it comes to veggies, youngest daughter is just plain picky but she is getting better since she started school and they have a saying at lunch 'you get what you get and you don't throw a fit' which we have brought home and we all have to do exactly that.
I am also hoping that this new lifestyle will help my husband who has also struggled with his weight and we can both lose our excess 'baggage' together.
Wish me luck and hopefully I can stick with this plan. It's time I put myself first for a change instead of everyone else and then maybe me.
