I have been working out for about two weeks now and eating better about the same. So far I've lost ten pounds. I normally write in a Journal that I tend to lose so my husband suggested I type it up on the computer. What a better way than a blog? Written out where people doing the same thing can read it? And if no one reads it that's fine too. I'm a busy mother of three. I work doubles on the weekend and off Monday through Friday. I'm trying to save up for nursing school. I have three daughters and a wonderful husband. I was 128 before my children and in amazing shape. I worked out religiously three times a day and hardly ate a bite. Then with the first pregnancy I gained 80 lbs. Then lost 20 and found out I was pregnant again. Then gained 40 lbs. I stayed at 220 until my last pregnancy when my doctor told me my weight was unhealthy for a pregnancy and not to gain more than five. I was scared silly for my baby and ended up losing thirteen pounds. After giving birth the whole breastfeeding calories was confusing and gained everything back. Now I'm exercising and eating right. I'm training for a 5k, doing P90x, and Zumba for fun. Today I was unmotivated but trudged through P90x and perked up during Zumba so I got on here to keep these bad days to a minimum. Anyway here's to the lazy days, I just kicked your booty!
