Zumbathon Tonight!!!!

I have found that to help me stay motivated with exercise I do better with friends. So tonight we are going to beat the Zumba game on the PS3. It's going to be a celebration of cardio madness! I'm excited. We laugh and dance and get to do that in my living room so there is no stress of people looking. We just dance our hearts out. I love the game and recommend it for anyone who wants a fun workout that will keep you motivated and coming back. They have it out for the wii, Xbox Kinect, and Playstation 3 Move.
I also went running this morning and I'm doing better still not great at it. My shin was hurting so I had to eat a banana drink water and take a vitamin D. Feels better. I'm trying to get ready for a St. Jude's 5k held by Breeze (a local radio station) in October. I tried running with my four yr old in a jogging stroller this morning. It was hard pushing 50 lbs. up a hill and had me sweating in no time. She loved it though.
Still have to do my P90x for the day. Today is arms and shoulders. I'm waiting until after the Zumbathon though. I think tomorrow I'm going to try Tai Chi. We'll see how that goes.
My cal still isn't meeting my daily needs because I'm eating whole foods. (Foods in their natural form or unprocessed.) Except Chicken and meat of course. But the Doctor said that if I'm not hungry or showing signs of low blood sugar then it shouldn't be a problem.
