Is anyone out there like me, where I love loosing weight, working out, and going to the gym in the winter, but once spring and summer hit, it gets more difficult?
Why do I always put weight back on in May through August? One would think it would be the other way around!
I am persevering though. I didn't think too much about what I ate yesterday, and finally plugged everything in last night. I was still under! I was satisfied, and was still going to loose a pound a week just by how I've been eating. It included lunch and dinner out too!
So, I was pround of myself for learning how to eat better, and to gravitate towards those good choices. I've found several things that work for me and make me happy, but not breaking my calorie bank.
I just need to work out more. I have struggled to find time lately. May is always a crazy month!!
