not meeting my goals

It's time to be honest: I am not meeting my goals! I am having to much fun eating out and enjoying spring and summer. Life has been busy, and so I have not put as much effort into my food and exercise.
If you read a blog post I wrote on May 2, you will see I had the goal of weighing 160 by today, June 1. I haven't weighed myself, but am probablyat 170. I'm not even close.
But forget about all that. I can choose to feel bad about myself, or I can choose to feel great about the fun times I have had, the people who love me, and the exciting things this summer will bring. I can teach myself how to balance being busy with being healthy. I can take joy in the small things, and make good decisions hour by hour.
I have lost 20 lbs since January. Rejoice! I can tell I have learned, and my 'month off' has not been as tragic to my body as other wayward periods of my life.
My body craves health. So it is time for me to dedicate myself to this site and to loosing more weight. A new specific goal:
2 POUNDS A WEEK FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER. THAT MEANS I WILL WEIGH 146 BY THE FALL!
There- written in stone. The best way to do this is to use this site to track calories and exercise.
