L:  Turkey burger with Sweet potato fries, sliced cucumbers & Tomatoes with 1T Newmans Own
S: Plumb & Luna bar
D: Homemade Vegetable Beef soup, salad with dressing

A little under in my calorie target but everything else is within target of a balance nutrient intake!

Exercise: 25 minutes of stair stepping, 5 incline elliptical cool down

Exercise Thoughts: I absolutely love the stair stepper. At first it was an enemy but over time I’ve grown to appreciate it. It’s great for getting your heart rate up, you burn lots of calories in a short amount of time and I really think it gives the bootie a little lift J
