Exercise: 25 minutes of stair stepping, 5 incline elliptical cool down
Exercise Thoughts: I absolutely love the stair stepper. At first it was an enemy but over time I’ve grown to appreciate it. It’s great for getting your heart rate up, you burn lots of calories in a short amount of time and I really think it gives the bootie a little lift J
