Week Two Day Five, Six & 7
Weekends are the days that get me. No matter how much I think I am going to stick to my diet. TEMPTATION always seems to win. I swear if I had children they’d never eat anything fried or battered. They would never know how good that stuff tasted therefore when they get older they would never be tempted. RIGHT?!? For the most part I was OK with my eating on a scale 1-10; 10 being the best I’d give myself a 6.
As for exercise well I was awesome at that this weekend a big fat 10 yup. Friday I got in my RPM, Saturday and Sunday over an hour in the gym each day mostly working with cardio but I did do a few of the machines to work my arms and shoulders.
So all in all the weekend was 80% it’s not FAILING but as always there is room for improvement. Of course I blame it on Mr. J who else am I to blame surly not me J He was suppose to golf and not be around until 1 p.m. on Saturday. If that would have happened he would not have taken me to see one of my favorite people Mr. O at one of my favorite places to eat and buy me lunch.
So here it is Monday and I am back to another clean slate. Bring on week THREE!!!
