Week Three Day two
Today is the kick off to some great planned exercise hopefully 5 days of bust yo bootie stinky nasty sweaty goodness and I am super excited. I’ve added two new things (RPM with different trainer & Body Pump) I’ve also upped my personal best on the Arch Trainer to 65!! Lots of goals.
Also, Thursday I get my first CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box. I am super excited about it I’ll write further on Thursday or Friday
