Well, I lost three pound - - due to the fact I gained one last week, glad I hit a 3. I also measured expected more inches to have disappeared since the weight loss of the month, not the case. I can see how easy it is to give up and go back yet I have to reach my goal this year, being larger is more exhausting and draining on who I am then trying to stick to this plan this year. It is so easy to give up - I get it - I ca see how I have fallen in the past and said oh well. This year will be different, I am actually planning a vacation in June, and staked a 150 goal - - I would want to be at least that. when I depart. Of course anything less is welcomed. Now viewing a destination may assist to staying on target and not letting the measurements mess with my mind. Here I go for another week trying to survive the fittest. Oh, noticing my waist needs attention I must seek a DVD or something I can do for 10 min or so a day to work on the abs, like to focus this week on shedding that a bit. I look forward to a better week and will focus this month on abs.
