Coffee and a single waffle this morning, tummy is happy.
Lunch: is going to be a veggie salad with some boiled eggs.
Dinner: Healthy Choice Meal (so good)
My first walk at work will be at 10 am and the 2nd at 2pm :)
According to my workout schedule I have my interval cardio workout on the ellipitcal (20min) and some dumbell exercises for my arms when I get home, lets hope I can do it ;)
