Well I have been at this for 6 days now.... kinda fell off the track with the exercise for the last 2 days.... it is so incredibly hot outside that I can't seem to bring myself to walk. I have been good with the food. It's been kinda fun creating low cal meals. Well I am off to try some crunches.... atleast I'm in the air conditioning.
