weight check

I have cut back on eating i try not to eat in between meals and drinking more water. i have been doing alot of cleaning. i still need to get into the exercising mode still havent i am hoping if i lose more weight i will want to go for more walks. i am thinking maybe tonight going to the gym for an hour to work out. i have a membership i might as well use it. i did weigh my self today i went from 284 to 279.5 its a start every little bit that i lose is a step being closer to my goal. my daughter graduates this spring i would be happy being down to 220 hoping i can do it. i do not like my picture taken for the fact i do not like how i look. i am going to try to stay positive. my blood pressure is 134/84 today hopefully if i lose the extra weight i can come off my bp medication.
