hello everybody,
I just did the bmi thing and it said my body mass is like 37.3 like I really am big lol. You know that when I look at myself I really dont see myself as that big. However, my wife who is having alot of fun with me just took some pictures, and by the way, I will not be posting them, she still thinks that I should be posting my Birthday Suit LOL I ask her why, and she said I told her I wanted to lose weight so I'd look better naked, So she said it only mades since that I should let everyone see me naked so everyone could let me know if it was working...... Well I'm still not convence ..... any way In the pictures I look really big, I dont see myself that way.... So I am really shocked at how I look.. I know that my weight is causing some health problems.. Like over a year ago I was told by my Doctor that I have type 2 Diabetes, and I have to take pills twice a day forever, to keep my blood sugar down.THAT SUCK !!! and I know losing weight will help it, maybe even make it go away.... I hope... and also I want to say hello to CC2014 and thank her for her advice about tracking my food I l plan on doing this as soon as I figure all this out..... So anyway I'll be back soon......
