About me: I'm Alex from Leicester/England have gone down to about 12.5 stone from 21 stone about 2 years ago. I've been following the warrior diet. It's a form of intermittent fasting and it has become a way of life now.
My body fat percentage is about 16 now.
I tried many diets. I did low carb (Atkins), tried a vegetarian diet, 2 weeks vegan and paleo. I lost weight on all of them following intermittent fasting but I've gone back to a mostly plant based diet. I realised that a vegan diet is the way to go for me. I enjoy fruits and vegetables more than meat. On paleo or low carb I had mood swings and low energy. Also the grocery bill was quite high and somehow my digestion was very bad.
Now I'm on the way getting lean. I have more energy, feel healthier and one thing I love is sun and good weather.
Good news for all who fear overhanging skin. I've had it quite bad on my belly but it goes when the body fat percentage drops to about 15 and disappears soon. It's not skin at all is the stubborn fa
