Well after having a rough week last week with not eating right and tracking my meals or blogging, I'm setting myself back on track to get back in the habit this week. After 4 days of dieting and working out things have gone great! I am down 4 lbs but I know that at this point it is still "water weight" but it's still encouraging, especially this week. Keeping my self control during the hardest week of the month for me to do so has been very managable so far but today is feeling like a bit of a struggle. It's raining, which doesn't seem to help my feeling
