Tomorrow I'm going to start my journey. I hope I can reach my goals. I worked out a little tonight, and I'm going to try to go for a run in the morning. Little by little I will achieve my goal. I can't wait to feel comfortable in my body! I'm going to get a good night sleep and lots of exercise and I'll be a better person. Well night!
