Another day has been Conquered!!! OOOhhhh Yeaaahhh!!! I learned so many things this week about proper food portion and using spices to give added taste n texture to a variety of food. I discovered red pepper flakes,curry,tumeric, and a assortment of other seasonings to make the meals more savory.I have a lot more experimenting to do with all the spices that i purchased but i believe it is the start of a beautiful friendship with my taste buds and my newly acquired collection of seasonings!...

Whoo Hooo....i managed to go to a party n survive!!! There was lots of delicious fattening foods there from..barbecue ribs,chicken dipped in thick gravies,corn bread,brownies n all sorts of putting on the pounds food!! But i had no worries....i ate a good helping of collard greens before i went to the party n filled up on water...and when i got there....i socalized n sampled all the healthier things! I thought ahead of time a already had a certain amount of calories set aside for drinks n food. ...

Whew.....the first week is almost over and i feel great! I have so much more energy and feel real good on the inside!I have a major sweet tooth and managed to conquer it very well this week. Just a few simple changes like adding soyanaise instead of mayonaise or by adding plain/vanilla yourt to a sandwich for extra sweetness(it was soooo good).Ocean spray has this instant flavoring for water called "White Peach",that i love so much.
