1  tablespoon		Yellow Onion - Fresh, Chopped
1/8  cup		Red Onion - Chopped
1/4  cup		Zucchini - Steamed, Sliced
1/8  cup		Fresh Pinapple chunks
2		Brown Mushrooms - Fresh
1/8		Green Bell Pepper - Fresh, Medium, 2 1/2"
1/4		Red Bell Pepper - Fresh, Medium

wash and pat dry the kabob
purchase from Albertsons (cost less in the deli than vegetable area)
contains: 2 Fresh Brown Mushrooms
2 fresh thin sliced green zucchini slices
2 fresh thin sliced yellow zucchini slices
2 fresh green pepper slices
2 fresh red pepper slices
1 chunk fresh pineapple
3 slices red onion
3 slices yellow sweet onion
every item is cut to the size of the mushrooms, the mushrooms are placed first and last to secure the other items. Grill, bake or microwave
