Boil to desired level of done, two large eggs (for the two large boiled eggs);

While eggs are boiling, grill four slices of Canadian bacon;

Toast and butter Arnold's Thins;
-PREHEAT OVEN TO 300 deg F-

Add tablespoon of shredded sharp cheddar to each half of buttered Arnold's thin;

Slice in halves or quarters (to preference) each slice of Canadian bacon and place the pieces (two if halved, four if quartered) on each half of the buttered Arnold's Thins, on top of the previously added shredded cheddar cheese;

Using an egg slicer (or a sharp knife), slice the hard-boiled eggs length-wise and place one-half egg (in slices) on each of the Arnold's Thins halves, on top of the Canadian Bacon;

Sprinkle a pinch of pepper on each Arnold's Thin half, on top of the egg slices;

Add tablespoon of shredded sharp cheddar to each half of buttered Arnold's thin;

Place each of the four halves on a flat cookie sheet, face-up;

Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese has melted;
Allow to cool a bit and enjoy open-faced!
