Directions:  
Whisk everything together but the cole slaw mix in a medium to large bowl. Taste the dressing and adjust salt/pepper as desired. Add cole slaw cabbage and mix thoroughly.
Let cole slaw chill and break down in the fridge for a minimum of 2-3 hours. Stir until before serving.
