Directions:

Put rice in pan, cover with water.

Add chicken broth packet, pepper, dill and lemongrass. Stir to blend.

Add onion, carrot, peas to rice and seasonings.

Cover, bring to boil. Once boiling, turn off burner or remove from heat.

DO NOT REMOVE LID FROM RICE.

Allow to steam, covered for 20 minutes.

Coarsely chop cilantro while rice is steaming.

Remove lid, stir pilaf lightly to incorporate all ingredients after steaming.

Just before serving, top with fresh cilantro, then VERY gently fold in.
