Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Shred cheese in a bowl.

Add eggs to bowl and mix.

Spray 2 round shallow pans with cooking spray. I use small cake pans.

Pour half into each pan.

Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly brown.

Turn oven up to 450 degrees.

Top with you favorite gluten free and low carb ingredients.

Place back in oven 10 more minutes.
