Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a bowl; mix eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, seasoned salt, and pepper. In a baking pan; layer the macaroni, shredded cheeses, and milk mixture until the pan is full. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on top. Pour melted butter over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the milk mixture is done.
