Honey Whole Wheat Bread

1-1/2  cups		of water
2  packets		table spoon honey
2		table spoon yeasts
3/4  cup		of skim milk
1/4  serving		Alvarado Oil
1/4  cup		melted butter
1/8		Honey
2  servings		Egg white
4  cups		whole wheat flour
2  cups		bread flour
2  servings		table spoons of powered milk
1		tea spoon salt

First heat water to 115 degree
mix in 2 tlb spoon honey and yeast and let proof 5 - 10 minutes
mix other liquids (less eggs) heat to 115
mix dry ingredient
mix liquids together in mixing bowl with bread hook
start with half dry ingredients and the remainder slowly
knead out let proof for 45 min
cut into 3 loaves place in sprayed bread pans
let proof 45 mins
back at 350 for 35 mins or until brown and crusty.
let cool for 10 mins - enjoy
