Directions:

Cut Sausage into slices and fry in a large pan until brown and cooked.

Drain sausage on a paper towel

Dice onions, peppers and mushrooms and put them in the pan.

Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms until onions are translucent and mushrooms are brown.

Boil a large pot of water, add the pasta to the pot and cook 15 min.

Drain the pasta.

Add the pasta and sausage meat to the vegetables.

Add the cream cheese to the pan in a spot on the bottom of the pan. Let the cheese melt while stirring everything together.
