Description: I love Italian sausages and I found this way to eat them. You can use sweet basil, mild or hot Italian sausage. If you can find turkey Italian sausage, you will save on calories.
Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 each)

Directions:  
Remove sausage from casing. Use the coconut oil to brown the onion and sausage, crumbling the sausage as it cook. Add broth, tomato juice and vegetables. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Let it simmer until vegetables are cook. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
