8  ounces		lump crab meat
14  ounces		Quartered Artichoke Hearts
4  ounces		Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Shredded
4  ounces		ShopRite Parmesan & Romano Grated Cheese
1  cup		Mayonnaise
2  tablespoons		MCT Oil
2  teaspoons		Old Bay Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350F
In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, artichoke hearts, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, MCT Oil and Old Bay. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer crab mixture into a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes on top rack.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over the top and broil on high 3-5 minutes.
