Directions:  
Peel and devein shrimp set aside.In a medium sauce pan bring EVOO to a medium heat then add peppers, onion and zucchini and stir fry for about 6 minutes. Then toss in shrimp, garlic red peppers and soy sauce and fry until shrimp is done ( it will be a nice pink color) about 3-4 minute.
