Description: Low carb favorite. I love pizza. My low carb version is to use thin chicken breasts as the crust. This version is bacon. I also love spinach and feta. Recipe also makes a great salad topper. For low carb do a home made ranch or cole slaw dressing

cook bacon half way, Cut in half or quarters

Mix cream cheese, half packet of sazon and salza

Pound or buy chicken breasts 1/8" to 1/4 inch thick. Must be uniform

line bottom of pan with chicken

spread cream cheese mixture over chicken completely as this is what flavors the chicken

spinkle more sazon on top(some will be left in packet)

layer bacon on top, completely covering chicken

cook at 425 for 20 min.

if bacon not cooked enough, brown under broiler
