Directions:  
brown the ground turkey with the chopped onions and the garlic.
Stir in the spices.

grease 2 flat baking pans.
spread beans onto 7 tortillas - evenly
Add ground turkey mixture - Evenly
Add a tortilla on top of each one and place pans in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes.

take out and let cool a frew minutes.
add salsa on top and then cheese.

add green onions and tomatoes if you'd like.
