Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Season chicken breasts.
Whisk egg whites till foamy.
Dip chicken in egg whites then in panko.
Spray tops with oil spray.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella.
Bake for 5 minutes till cheese is melted.
