Directions:

cook noodles in salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until done. drain and set aside.

brown onion in oil over med high heat until tender, add hamburger and cook until cooked through. Add tomato and broth, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 10 minutes.

add spices, salt and pepper.

bring heat to medium, stir until mixture starts to boil, add cheese and blend in. Add the sour cream, stir until well blended.
