Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350. Cut the Zucchini (about a foot long) down the length in half and scoop out the seeds. Creating a well the length of the zucchini to stuff. In a med. frying pan cook the sausage, onion, celery and green pepper, until the sausage is browned. Toast the bread at the same time. In a large bowl break the bread into bite sized pieces. Add 1 tbls spices, eggs, braggs and meat mixture. Stir well with clean hands. Stuff into the zucchini and pat down, place on a cookie sheet. Top with 1/2 cup cheese each cover loosely with foil. Bake for 35 min. or until the zucchini is fork tender (not mushy).
