Directions:  
Grate onion. Crush Tortilla chips. Shred cheese. Beat eggs, add seasoning, garlic, onions and cheese. Mix well and add turkey, mixing thoroughly. Grease a sheet pan with 1 tsp olive oil. Form 1 large loaf, or 2 smaller loafs on sheet pan. Top with tomato sauce . Bake at 350 dg. for 45 minutes. Add Monterey Jack cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
