Directions:  
Drain and rinse all beans. Peel and cut into bit size pieces the sweet potato and acorn squash, and onion. Brown and drain ground beef. Add potato, squash and onion. Saute until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beans along with 2 cans of water. Add cayenne pepper, honey and cinnamon to taste. Simmer for 60 minutes or so.
