Milestones too long

It's been a month since I have written. In that time I have signed up, through my local public library, for free on-line classes. It's called Universal Class. There are hundreds of classes. I am taking Nutrition 101, Weight Management, Lifetime Wellness, and Weight training. I am learning a lot and hope to get back here soon. I also found another great sire called Fitness Partner that ahs some really good info.

More mini milestones

Another week has come and gone. Wow! I am off again this weekend. Kids involved in club sports is tiring. I hope I can keep up with this no bread thing. I did cave this past weekend. I was at a volleyball tourney all weekend. I should have planned better. I had a Chick-fil-A wrap with no dressing and fruit.

Mini Milestones

It has been several days since I posted. I was busy all weekend with my sons soccer. I know that is not an excuse, but I'm sticking to it. 

I got a wild hair last week and decided that I was going to cut bread, crackers, and pasta out of my diet. It has been 9 days now. My goal is 21 days, since that is how long it takes to make or break a habit. With that, I am doing crunches, planks, some cardio, and eating more fruits and veggies.
