About me: I am totally new to this so if there is anyway some of the user's on here that have been active on this site for a while to help me get through it, I would really appreciate it. I have about 25 lbs to lose. I'm just not sure what workout/exercise plan is best for me to use as a beginner so that would be great help to, if anyone has a suggestion to make. And the diet plan, is there a specific plan to go with a specific workout routine? I know it says low carb high protein is recommended but not sure what to do. I have the motivation and I am so excited to get started but I have to get all this other planned out first, AHHHHH! :) I live in Boca Raton Florida, so if there are any other's on here that are close to me and would be willing to workout together, that would be awesome!
