Well I did a nice 12 minute work out last night and my breakfast was a bowl of fresh strawberrys and all natural watermelon juice. For Lunch today Im thinking of a fresh grilled chicken salad. YUM! My first day of cutting out soda went okay. Not great considering I didnt realize how much I loved my soda! But I only had 2 20 ounce bottles opposed to my usually 5 or 6. Ive tried drinking as much water and as much natural flavored juice as I can. Im really trying hard to get down to my goal. Im act...

Well the wedding is officially 121 days away. I've got 45 pounds to go and Tomorrow is my first day dieting and excersising began last night. My goal is 120 pounds. I want all eyes to be on me on my special day, not because "omg I cant believe she squeezed into that dress!" but because " wow that dress looks amazing on her and she lost so much weight!" I want the fire back in my relationship. I want to look the way I did when we first met, where he couldnt keep his hand...
