Work lately has been stressful and time consuming and I have not been truly dedicated to my work out plan as I should. I have made small changes like cutting down the amount of starbucks and juice I consume and replace with water. I'm just determined to keep my eye on the big picture. I know I probrably won't make it to my big goal in less than 3 months but I know now matter how slow I will make it there and every little step it still one step closer to my goal. I'm already dow

No one to blame but myself

I have managed to gain 6lbs in 5 days, normally I would use that as an excuse to continue to spiral out of control but today I decided to take charge and change my eating habits and pin point what happened and how to change.

I have realised that I use to place blame on a hard day at work, hard time with family, hard time with strangers... the truth is I was just looking for an excuse to continue to stuff my face with sugar so that I don't have to feel guilty but in reality I

Today is the day that I go from wanting and fantizing about losing weight and get healthier to putting it into action.
