long time

Gee whiz I didn't realize I hadn't posted for a year.  It been rough.  Injury to ankle in april 2017 that I'm barely getting over.

I'll try to be good for a couple of months  about entering data but then either in febuary or march I have to move to albquerque to care for my daughter that will be having knee surgery and can't drive for about 2 months.

Keeping it going

Been busy shoveling snow for the last two weeks but now I don't know what to do.  I've been going for a walk with my pit-Holly.  I'm thinking of putting on my overshoes and snowbib and hiking the hills.  That will be a working out.

I continue to have issues with my back since I fell on the ice November 28th. 

Today was kinda rough

Stuggling but going

I just returned from a 32 min walk=up and down hills.  There is not a flat place here since I live in the mountains.  My doggie and me braved the cold.

I binged last night on cheddar cheese popcorn. 

I am going to try to hit 15,000 steps again today as I did yesterday.  What I do is I get on treadmill for 20min then going do some things.

Happy 2017

Been awhile but I still around.  I had a serious fall on the ice on Nove 28.  I didn't break any bones but I took a good whipping.  I'm just now getting back to feeling some what better.

I had lost 15 lbs but also experienced bouts of nevrousness and severe muscles cramping all over my body-I found out in November that I was taking to much thyriod med.  It was adjust and my weight wh

I'm still trucking along slowly.  I've been able to lost 13 lbs since June by not eating at night which I've learn not keep it in the house.

My back continues to give me fits but I keep going.  I have to. I'm not one to just sit around.

Rough month with my back pain and depression but I keep going even if I hurt.

I binged at my dtr on Thrusday.  Mad at myself because I couldn't stop. I stuffed my mouth like a pig

Still continue to have problems eating at night.  I know that if I don't eat after going to bed I won't gain weight and lose some. But I find it difficult to do.

Back again

I've have been doing to well the last month and half. Nightime eating is killing me.

Last week I did my pilgramage for vocation walk 100 miles which I trucked. I couldn't walk due to my knee.  Its funny how you think you are going to lost weight-WRONG-the communities that fed us fed us like a king.

I'm up 10lbs and really feel it.

Forgive my language but I'm tired of my shit.  I didn't sleep good last night and I ATE AND ATE AND ATE. Chocolate candies.

My stomach feels big and I feel uncomfortable.

I am going to try today to limit my carb intake. I'm also going to cut up fruit to have in the frig for when I do eat at night.

out of control AGAIN

March was horritble. The last week I've been binging again on ice cream, chips and cake. I'm talking about 12 midnight or 2 am. I'm like a train without brakes.

I'm so disgusted with myself.  I can do the excercise BUT what good is it if I binge
