I woke up down .4 and going back to a regular high protein day. I am starting to feel really cold again today. Hopefully a good sign.
I had egg beaters with picante this morning because I was hungry early. That and 24oz of water and 1 coffee.
Lunch was 200 grams of chicken with Tony's and (2) 24 oz waters.

Went for a walk with the dogs last night and did a remix this morning. Still stuck at zero loss.
Since I will be gone all day I am thinking I should do an apple day today.
I ended up having 5 honeycrisps and was super hungry all day. I hav eno idea if it's the HCG or the no protein today.
My last apple was about 9pm with cinnamon and stevia. Also, had coffee (cinn. cocoa, stevia)
I also went tanning today...

Down 17 lbs but I woke up with zero loss today so I am trying to space out my food, eat before 6pm and keep my protein high.
Breakfast - 24oz water with 2 apple slices.
Lunch - 260 oz of chicken with Tony's seasoning 24oz water
Afternoon Snack - 1 whole cucumber marinated in braggs, lemon, ACV, Chili Powder, Cayenne, stevia garlic and sea salt. 24 oz water

Started today with Tom and zero loss. Yesterday was another high protein day so I went back to a more normal food day.
I never finished my apple so it was about 1/3 of one.
Lunch was my orange sweet n sour chicken with cabbage cooked in acv, braggs n broth.
Dinner was my own "dill pickles" with chicken cooked in my mustard dressing.
I think the last two days may have been low and water an dthey were high salt...

Today started good and down another pound. I have lost 14.2 pounds. Im not even halfway done. A little over 20 days til done.
I am doing a high protein day today.
I ate one egg with 1/3 cup egg white and added 2 Tbs of Picante.
100 gram hamburger with 95% lean meat. I added TC seasoning, onion and garlic.
1 cup of egg beaters with Tbs Picante.

I only lost .2 today but probably makintg up for the big loss yesterday.
I had coffee with a little cocoa and cinnamon this morning.
Lunch today I used half of my orange and made Sweet n Sour Chicken with Asian Cucumber salad.
I ate half an orange for a snack.
For dinner I had a burger with my steakhouse grinder seasoning and franks with a little mustard.I ate my "pickles" I made with dinner.

Very surprised to have a 1.4 loss today. Down 13 pounds today from 15 days. I actually went tanning and was a bit red and also used tanning lotion yesterday. I also ate eggs for the first time yesterday.
My drop in dose seems to be good today. Very much not hungry.
Today I had chicken with Garam Marsala and spinach.

Week two just flew by. Im down 11 pounds in 14 days. This gets easier every day! I was down an additional .6 today even after yesterdays trip to Panera.
I decided to try eggs today and ate that with spinach. That was nice for a change.

Today I waited and ate late. Went to Panera and got plain salad with chicken and brought my own mustard dressing and ate the apple while shopping.

second day stall at zero loss but still down 10.2 in 13 days.
Had an orange smoothie for breakfast
For lunch I had my own coleslaw with mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, pepper, ACV and lil stevia with Cod that has dill, garlic, lemon and sea salt

Dinner was Cod again mmm. I had the Japanese Cucumber Salad with it.
